The Anglers, Saxilby, Lincoln
The Anglers Saxilby is located only 6 miles from Lincoln on the A57. It lies in the medieval village of Saxilby which is on the Foss Dyke - the oldest canal in England, constructed by the Romans around 120 AD.
The Anglers Saxilby is the hub of the village - with real ales and plenty to do - you can always be assured of a friendly welcome!
Close to the canal, outside seating, large car park together with full Sky Sports/Setanta - The Anglers Saxilby is open from 11.30 am seven days a week.
Very much a pub for the friendly local community, we have quiz nights, poker nights, pools, dominos, karaoke and occasional live music - together with real ale - have a look at our What's On calendar for details.
We are also a meeting point for golf societies, cycling clubs, drama groups and other clubs - so come along and join us - we are definitely more than just a pub ....
